21. The Buyer will pay the Seller immediately. If the Purchaser fails to make a payment by the due date, the Seller may, without notice, keep shipment of any more Goods to the Buyer and might terminate, without liability to the Purchaser, any or all subsisting contracts between the Seller and the Buyer.
If payment is not made on the due date, the Seller might charge interest on the quantity payable at the rate of 5% over the 90 day bank bill rate appropriate on the day the payment is due. 23. The Purchase Price is not inclusive of items and services tax, unless otherwise specified in composing.
